Companies large and small realize that a more comprehensive inclusion and development programs are absolutely imperative to attracting and retaining the most highly talented employees and that includes veterans.

According to a recent study by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, veterans change jobs twice on average before settling into post-military careers. This turnover is extremely expensive both in hiring costs and lost innovation potential.

Participate in our Veteran Career Development Programs

We offer companies the opportunity to participate in a meaningful, results-oriented career development and transition program that has a significant impact on the lives of transitioning veterans and their families.

We are seeking strategic partners that want to participate in delivering a substantive program to the local veteran community. In return, those corporations that embrace a strategic relationship with Project FootHold will benefit from a consistent pipeline of veteran talent as well as opportunities for employees and executives to engage with members of the local community in a meaningful way. Specifically, employers can participate in three ways:

  • Sponsor a Career Readiness Program in a mutually agreed upon city
  • Host a class or networking event at your corporate offices in one or multiple locations
  • Become a veteran hiring partner
  • Sponsor the program as part of your Corporate Social Responsibility program and invest in your company’s long term sustainability.
